The Digital Platforms Commission maintains a public directory of all known digital platforms operating in or serving users within the United States. This registry categorizes platforms based on their DPC certification status, ensuring transparency for users, businesses, and regulatory partners.
Our goal is to help the public and industry stakeholders identify which platforms have met national digital compliance standards, which are currently under review, and which have failed to obtain licensing or have ceased operations.
DPC-Certified Platforms
These platforms have successfully completed the DPC compliance process, demonstrated full adherence to our 13 regulatory pillars, and maintain active certification status.
🟡 Under Review
Platforms that are in the application or audit phase of certification. These platforms have not yet been granted full DPC certification and are not currently licensed.
❌ Unlicensed Platforms
Platforms that are operating without a DPC license or have been denied certification due to major compliance failures. These may face penalties or access restrictions.
⚠️ Inactive/Closed Platforms
